Purchasing: 

The prices provided for each product are set for single units of each item, fabrics are priced per metre, buttons are priced individually and packaged items are priced per package. 

 

Our prices accurately represent the current cost of items at the date viewed or purchased, please note that prices are subject to change and may be different upon a future viewing.

 

Shipping,additional costs and discounts are applied at checkout. Please ensure the items you are purchasing are correct as certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged, see returns policy. 

 

Returns: 

We cannot refund or exchange any items that have been cut to measure such as fabrics, trims and other roll items. This is a standard practice as these items are cut to the requested measurement, for example, selecting "1" or "1.5" etc in the quantity view will mean that quantity is cut from a larger roll and therefore won't be accepted as a return. If you purchase a full, uncut and unopened roll we are happen to offer a refund or excahnge if necessary. 

 

For hygiene purposes we also do not refund bra cups, bra accessories, shoulder pads, feather products or millinery accessories. We do not issue refunds on any books or patterns or any opened or used products.

 

We are happy to return all other products within 30 days of initial purchase providing they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition for resale.

We do not refund inward or outward shipment charges for general returns however if a product is flawed or faulty please contact us and we would be happy to issue a full refund once reviewed.

If you purchase an item online and wish to return it without incurring additional costs we are happy to issue an in-store refund. Returned items must include the invoice or receipt, refunds or exchanges will not be offered to any products without proof of purchase.

 

 Refunds will be issued to the same bank/credit/debit card the initial purchase was made from, we do not offer cash refunds for web or card payments.

 

Liability

We do our best to ensure all products are delivered with the best possible quality owing to the product, any defects or faults you may find will be an exception to our usual high standards and should a product be damaged or faulty please contact info@wmtrimmings.ie for assistance. We cannot accept liability for products outside of 30 days since initial purchase so please be sure to report any problems as soon as you notice. 

 

We cannot guarantee that images displayed on our website accurately represent the product true to its colour or size as clarity may change depending on the quality of computer or mobile device used to view the website. 

 

Product Availability

We do our best to ensure all products listed as in-stock accurately represent our inventory however as real time in-store purchases may occur simultaneously with online orders, instances can occur that an item purchased online isn’t actually available, this happens when the same item was purchased in-store and did not immediately remove from the webstore. We will then offer multiple options to remedy the situation such as swapping the out of stock product for a similar item or the same item in a different brand, issuing a credit note to the value of the missing item, issuing a refund for the missing item, refunding the entire order or exchanging the item for another of the same value.
